- This is an excellent option for couples who feel confident they can coordinate the majority of their own wedding and
who may also be on a tight budget. This option gives you access to our top of the line locations and vendor list which has been meticulously maintained for over 5 years. You can expect our locations and
vendors to give you the same prices and service they would all of Anne Lanier Weddings and you also have the experience of our firm to provide you
with support and help when needed.

1. Telephone and e-mail consultations to help you plan the perfect
wedding in Ireland.
- 2. Selection
of locations for your wedding that suit your style, budget and size.
3. A personalized contact list of Irish vendors in the area of your
location. After you have booked a location for your wedding, we will
create a personalized list with all the information you'll need to
simply pick up a phone and book the wedding of your dreams. Making
it possible to plan your entire wedding in just a few days.
4. Advice on location, style, Irish traditions and budget.

PROFESSIONAL BOOKING & ON-SITE COORDINATION

"The Hosts"
- This option is good for
busy professionals who require an expert to coordinate and
book their wedding as well as having our expert, on-site coordinator for the wedding day.
Includes:
Option # 1 as well as unlimited consultation.
1.We will take care of
booking your entire wedding based on you choice of ceremony and
reception locations, as well as the vendors for your wedding day,
including:
Accommodations for the wedding party, Hair and make-up, wedding
day transportation, cake, ceremony Officiant, flowers for the
ceremony & reception, music, reception food, drink and staff.
- 2. You will work directly with Anne Lanier as well as our booking coordinator and our details coordinator to
make sure every moment of your big day is well planned. You will then have our expert on-site coordinator to take care of the
wedding on the day.
3. We will provide you with complete contact information for each vendor,
a wedding day timeline to keep you on track, and a cost
spreadsheet and payment schedule. All these components will be
delivered to you in an organized binder for you to take to
Ireland.
4. We will assist you with all legalities associated with your choice of
civil or religious ceremony under the laws of the Republic of
Ireland.
5. We will Reconfirm all bookings one week before.
6. We will be available to you at all times for priority assistance

and to give you any support you may need.

Spa treatments for the Wedding party while in Ireland
Hair & Make-up on Wedding Day
Anne Lanier and her assistant will be in Ireland with you for the
entire event to coordinate and direct.
Anne Lanier & her assistant will be available as a contact person
for your guests while in Ireland.
Anne Lanier will also host a final planning tea for the bride and
groom upon your arrival.

FEES
We were the first wedding planning firm in Ireland to offer options of service. We offer three basic
options of service which can be incorporated for any type of wedding you choose. We work on a flat fee system, so you're never left guessing what our
bill will be on the big day. Our locations and vendor list has been updated and maintained for over 5 years with a 100% client satisfaction
rate. We personally visit and approve all locations on our list before we recommend them.

have little experience planning an event, and coordinating a wedding.
Putting together the details, finding the perfect local vendors, and
organizing a wedding in another country may seem daunting, but with my
skills and advice, planning your wedding will be easy and enjoyable.
The cost of hiring a wedding coordinator, even just for basic vendor advice,
is made back in savings that the coordinator is able to negotiate based on
established relationships with reputable vendors.
We strongly recommend that you work with a coordinator who has at least 3-5 years experience and who works
on a flat fee system to protect yourself from inexperience and inflated “estimate work” (hourly

Legalities

We will
take care of all the legalities of getting married in Ireland.
No matter which option of service you choose, we will walk you
through it step by step making it simple and stress free. All legal
marriages in Ireland are recognized in the United States and Canada.

- The Republic of Ireland
has very strict rules for marriage.
- UPDATE -
A new law has been passed that will alleviate any
residency requirements for legal marriages, it will be
implemented as of November 2007. We have direct communication with the General Registrars office of Ireland and we can properly advice our
clients on the new rules. Our clients will be given special postal permission for the notifications.
